A filly that is very bold, forward thinking, with a strong head to want to learn and do a job. She will take you, not the rider take her! She should mature at 16.2 plus. Juliette has great movement, fab conformation and is sure to grow into a top prospect for the future, she definatley has the x Factor.

She has a temperament to die for and loves lots of fuss and attention, a very special girl! Shinglehall Casino (Lexi), 2008 chestnut filly and Shinglehall Scandle (Nibs), 2009 bay colt, bred by Karen Phillips at the Shinglehall Stud are full sister and brother to Juliette.

Lexi sold to Kathy Hollick who has shown her lightly at local shows as a yearling and two year old, she won every class and championship she entered. Lexi was entered in to the showjumping section at the BEF Futurity's in 2010 and was awarded a First Premium with a score of 8.14. Now she is under saddle and competes in side saddle classes, more info on her own page through her dams page Another Gamble.

Nibs was entered into the eventing section at the BEF Futurity's as a foal in 2009 and was awarded a First Premium with a score of 8.54, which now would be classed as a Higher First Premium. Nibs sold to Jo Troughear-Allen, who plans to start his British Eventing career as a 4/5 year old.
More info on him can also be found on his own page through his dams page Another Gamble.

Myspires Another Dream (Diva) is also a full sister to the above siblings.

Juliette was entered into the Eventing section at the BEF Futurity's as a foal, she was awarded a Higher First Premium with a score of 8.89 and was the Highest scoring event foal of the day!. She scored 9s for the vet mark, attitude and correctness of walk for eventing. The Judges said she had a "Rhythmical, clear and powerful walk and is bold, confident and personable". She scored 8.75 for Frame and build for eventing, and was said to have a "Good neck set, superb saddle position and is beautifully proportioned". They also said she has "A well balanced canter with clean acceleration and controlled gait changes". Her best score from the judges was 9.5 for her correctness of trot for eventing, that was said to be "Open in front and pushing behind covering the ground".Juliette was awarded a wildcard qualification to attend the BEF Futurity Championships for Eventing, held along side the Lycetts British Eventing Young Horse Championships, held at Osberton International on the 2nd October 2010.

Juliette went to Osberton and didn't just do well, she came SECOND which made her second overall out of 114 eventing foals entered in the 2010 BEF Futurity Evaluations. I'm very proud of this result, she is a star!

Juliette was only shown once as a yearling in a youngstock class at a local show, which she WON! She is retained by the stud as a future broodmare to take over from her dam Another Gamble when she retires. In 2014 onwards she will be aimed at BYEH Classes as a 4 and 5 year old, as well as starting her BE Eventing career so that she will have a proven competition record before taking on her role as a broodmare in the future. Exciting times ahead.
